This project involved the installation of 50mm PS (Polystyrene) insulation, providing improved thermal efficiency while maintaining a lightweight and durable structure. The insulation helps to reduce heat loss, ensuring better energy performance and overall comfort.

To achieve a high-quality and long-lasting exterior, the system was finished with a Baumit Silicone FineTop render. This premium thin-coat finish offers excellent weather resistance, breathability, and a smooth, modern aesthetic. Its self-cleaning properties also help maintain a fresh and low-maintenance façade over time.
