For this property, 100mm Rockwool insulation was installed, offering excellent thermal performance and fire resistance. A Baumit Star-Contact-White basecoat with mesh was applied to reinforce the system.

The finish was completed with a silicone thin-coat FineTop render, delivering a durable and low-maintenance façade.
