This project involves the installation of a 100mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation system, significantly enhancing thermal efficiency and reducing heat loss. EPS is a lightweight yet highly effective insulation material, providing long-term energy savings while maintaining structural integrity.

To ensure optimal performance, XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) insulation was installed below the PC (precast concrete) elements. XPS offers superior moisture resistance and compressive strength, making it ideal for areas exposed to higher loads or potential damp conditions.

The insulation work is currently in progress, with careful attention to ensuring seamless integration between the EPS and XPS layers for maximum efficiency and durability.
