For this project, 100mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation was installed to improve the building’s thermal efficiency, reducing heat loss and enhancing energy performance. This lightweight yet highly effective insulation system contributes to a more comfortable indoor environment while lowering heating costs.

To complete the system, a Baumit silicone thin-coat render was applied, providing a sleek, weather-resistant, and breathable finish. This premium render ensures long-term durability, offering excellent crack resistance and self-cleaning properties to maintain a fresh and modern appearance with minimal maintenance.
