For this project, 50mm Licata external wall insulation was installed to enhance the building’s thermal performance, reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency. This lightweight yet durable insulation system helps create a more comfortable indoor environment while lowering heating costs.

To complete the system, a Licata LBS silicone topcoat was applied, providing a high-quality, weather-resistant finish. This premium render offers excellent breathability, durability, and self-cleaning properties, ensuring the façade remains fresh and low-maintenance over time.
