For this project in Rainham, 30mm Licata EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) external insulation was installed to improve the building’s thermal efficiency, reducing heat loss while maintaining a lightweight and durable structure. This insulation system enhances energy performance, contributing to a more comfortable and cost-effective indoor environment.

To complete the system, a Licata LBS silicone topcoat was applied, providing a sleek, weather-resistant, and breathable finish. This high-quality render ensures long-term durability, offering excellent crack resistance and self-cleaning properties to keep the façade looking fresh with minimal maintenance.
