For this project, 50mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation was installed to improve thermal efficiency and reduce energy loss. This lightweight yet durable insulation provides excellent insulation properties while maintaining structural stability.

To achieve a bold and modern finish, the system was completed with a 1.5mm black silicone topcoat. This high-performance render not only enhances the building’s aesthetic appeal but also offers superior weather resistance, breathability, and long-lasting durability. The dark finish provides a striking contrast while maintaining a sleek, low-maintenance façade.
