For this project, 60mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation was installed to enhance the building’s thermal performance while maintaining a lightweight and durable structure. EPS insulation helps improve energy efficiency, reducing heat loss and contributing to a more comfortable indoor environment.

To achieve a high-quality, weather-resistant exterior, the insulation was finished with a Baumit Silicone FineTop render. This premium thin-coat finish provides excellent breathability, durability, and a smooth, modern appearance, ensuring long-term protection with minimal maintenance.

Below the DPC (Damp Proof Course), the surface was prepared for the installation of brick slips, which will seamlessly integrate with the overall design while maintaining the traditional aesthetic of the property. This combination of insulation and brick slips ensures both energy efficiency and an attractive, durable finish.
