High Street, Rochester, Kent

The property was insulated with 30mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation, providing excellent thermal performance while maintaining a lightweight and durable structure.

To achieve a high-quality, long-lasting finish, the insulation was coated with a 1mm Baumit silicone topcoat. This premium render not only enhances the building’s aesthetic appeal but also offers superior weather resistance, breathability, and self-cleaning properties, ensuring minimal maintenance over time.

For additional architectural refinement, bespoke sandstone-effect EPS mouldings were crafted and installed around the windows and key feature details. These custom-made mouldings replicate the appearance of natural sandstone while being significantly lighter and more cost-effective. They add depth and character to the façade, seamlessly integrating with the overall design to create a sophisticated and timeless look.
