For this project, 12mm cement particle board was selected as the base substrate, providing a strong, durable, and moisture-resistant foundation for the external finish. This high-performance board offers excellent stability, making it ideal for façade applications.

To enhance durability and prevent cracking, the surface was reinforced with a Baumit fully meshed StarContact White basecoat. This system ensures a robust and flexible finish by embedding a full layer of reinforcing mesh, improving impact resistance and longevity.

The final aesthetic was achieved using Baumit 1mm FineTop, a premium finishing coat that delivers a sleek, uniform appearance while offering excellent weather protection. This fine-textured render not only enhances the visual appeal of the building but also provides long-term durability against environmental factors.
