For this project, a full 100mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation system was installed on a pair of semi-detached houses. This high-performance insulation significantly enhances thermal efficiency, reducing heat loss and improving energy performance while maintaining a lightweight structure.

To achieve a durable and visually appealing finish, the insulation was coated with a Baumit silicone thin-coat render. This premium system offers excellent breathability, weather resistance, and self-cleaning properties, ensuring a long-lasting, low-maintenance façade.

To preserve the character of the original architecture, the project was completed with Elabrick acrylic brick slips, carefully applied to replicate the traditional brickwork. This solution seamlessly blends modern insulation benefits with the classic aesthetic of the properties, maintaining their heritage look while improving energy efficiency.
