For this project, 30mm EPS insulation was installed to improve thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss. A fully meshed lime basecoat was applied to strengthen the system and prevent cracking.

The finish was completed with a 1.2mm silicone render, alongside a black wood-grain-effect render to replicate the original timber beams, maintaining the character of the property while improving performance.
