This coastal property was fitted with 100mm EPS insulation, significantly improving energy performance in an exposed environment. A Licata lime basecoat was applied to reinforce the system.

The project was finished with a 1.5mm silicone render, chosen for its durability and resistance to coastal weather conditions, ensuring long-term protection and a clean, consistent finish.
